1 – Getting in touch
We have a variety of means of getting in touch with ourselves of A1 Stairlifts themselves such as phone, email, filling out a form on our website, contacting us via social media or visiting our Keighley Based Showroom featuring a range of Stairlifts for us to demonstrate and explain how they work and the differences between each versions
2 – Surveying & Measuring your home
We will arrange a date & time for one of our qualified Stairlift Advisors to call around to your home & budget. From there they will be able to assess your staircase and needs. They will explain how the stairlift works and discuss the best options including New or Refurbished & different Brands & models to suit both you & your home. Our Advisor will suggest the best stairlift and any relevant options you may require.
3 – Placing your order
When you have chosen your stairlift we will give you a fixed written quotation for the whole installation without any obligation. If you are happy with the quote you can confirm the order. We’ll stick by the price we quote and there wont be any unexpected add-ons or supplements. We will then require a payment via our easy-payment options; Debit Card, Credit Card, Cheque or Cash. We will then contact you to agree an installation date.
4 – Stairlift Installation
Your stairlift will be installed by our highly trained & experienced engineers. We will test the stairlift and then show you how to use it. We will check that it is comfortable for you. We will confirm you are happy using the control and that you can easily get on & off the chair. The whole installation process takes about 2 hours for a straight stairlift & 5 hours for a curved stairlift.
5 – Aftercare Service
We are proud of our high quality aftercare & support service. We offer a lifetime warranty on purchased stairlifts, We will respond within 24 hours for repairs and maintenance. We also provide a number of service and maintenance contract for your stairlift at very reasonable cost.
